About us:
Artemis Support Services is a
family-led NDIS provider delivering Positive Behaviour Support, evidence-based wellbeing programs, and Home Modifications.
We bring together evidence-based behavioural support, practical wellbeing strategies, and building solutions to improve independence, wellbeing, and everyday life for individuals and families.
Positive Behaviour Support and wellbeing programs are delivered by NDIS registered practitioner Kristina Sincek (BA Psych, Dip Strategic Psychotherapy and Clinical Hypnosis, Cert Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy) who has extensive experience in mental health and wellbeing supports. Kristina has worked for the NSW Department of Education for six years, supporting teenagers and their families through behavioural, emotional, and developmental challenges. Her background also includes sports coaching, mindset coaching and athlete performance, giving her a practical, strengths-based skill set to support motivation, emotional regulation, and goal-focused change. Kristina's work is guided by compassion, integrity, and strong participant advocacy.
Home modifications are delivered by Michael Sincek, a licensed builder with over 25 years of industry experience. With a background in high-quality custom home builds, Michael brings the same attention to detail to every modification. His work focuses on practical, personalised solutions that balance safety, function, and design, and is guided by trust, dependability, and integrity.
Together, Artemis Support Services takes a whole-of-family approach — combining behavioural and wellbeing supports with practical, functional home solutions — to help individuals and families build stronger skills, more comfortable homes and better lives.

Positive Behaviour Support
What is Positive Behaviour Support?
Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) is an evidence-based, person-centred approach to understanding and responding to behaviours. It focuses on building skills, improving wellbeing, and creating safe and supportive environments. Our primary focus is to empower the individual towards growth and change, and to improve quality of life.
Who is it for?
PBS supports NDIS participants of all ages who want to build independence, confidence, and participation. It’s for individuals, families, carers, schools, and support teams seeking practical strategies that help people thrive at home, at school, and in the community.
What do our PBS services include?
We provide:
-
Functional Behaviour Assessments
-
Interim Behaviour Support Plans
-
Comprehensive Behaviour Support Plans
We support participants to understand their behaviour and replace old unhelpful behaviours with more helpful skills and habits. Our focus includes communication, emotional regulation, and meaningful participation at home, school, and in the community.
We provide tailored strategies, hands-on coaching, and training for families, carers, and support teams, with ongoing monitoring, plan reviews, and updates to ensure supports remain effective and responsive to each person’s needs.
Outcomes you can expect:
Participants gain improved independence, stronger life and social skills, better emotional regulation, improved overall wellbeing and increased confidence in daily life. Our goal is safer, more positive, and sustainable behaviour support for every participant.

Home Modifications
What are Home Building Modifications?
Home Building Modifications are practical changes to a home designed to improve safety, accessibility, and independence for NDIS participants. Modifications can range from minor adjustments to major structural changes and are always aligned with the participant’s NDIS plan and occupational therapy recommendations.
Who are Home Modifications for?
These services support NDIS participants of all ages who want a safer, more functional home. They are ideal for anyone living with disability or mobility challenges, helping to reduce reliance on carers, foster independence and improve participation in daily routines at home.
What do our Home Modifications services include?
We provide:
-
Accessible bathrooms and kitchens with step-free showers, grab rails, and height-adjusted fixtures
-
Ramps, stair access, widened doorways, and circulation improvements
